7.13.2013 Update

It's always great to go out street preaching after a week of Camp Meeting!

We had the privilege of having Brother Norton of the Seminole String Band bring his family out to sing and play as well.  Besides them, there were the five of us, which allowed us to have banners on both sides of the streets.

The Lord greatly blessed us as we saw several people trust Christ as their personal Saviour this week!

A group of three people began talking with Brother Norton.  They are pictured on the right.  One was a woman who was unsure about her salvation, and the two others were young men named Abraham and Jose.  Once the woman got her salvation straightened out, Jose bowed his head and prayed right there.  Abraham was about to pray when their bus showed up, but the lady assured Bro. Norton, "I'll get him [saved] on the bus!"  We prayed--and pray--that he did receive Christ immediately after he got on the bus.

Another woman named Vanessa came to us, and wanted to get a ride to church Sunday.  One of our men sacrificially made the trip to Manchester and brought her to church Sunday, where she walked down the aisle during the invitation and was saved!  Hallelujah!  You know she got it, because she desired to have someone bring her again for Sunday evening, which we accommodated.  Pray for her growth in the Lord.

Below are a couple more pictures.   One more of the Norton family, and another of Harry preaching in the rain a couple of weeks ago.  Thanks for your prayers!  These are souls to your account!

  1. Yes sir! Glory to God! Thankful for the faithful!
It was great to see Vanessa walk the aisle Sunday! She was sitting by herself over on the left side when I spoke with her before the service. I told her to come sit in the front and asked her to sit with Tito and Kara. That was the right chair as Tito spoke with her during the invitation!
Looking forward to being at Hartford XL Center tonight too! Hope we have a good amount of folks from FBBC there! Praying!
