Thank the Lord for a beautiful day with actual summer-type weather! (If you live in the Northeast, you know what I'm talking about.)
There were a total of EIGHT men that came out on the street to give out the gospel today! Because of the number of guys, I was able to split up into two solid groups and hit both Main Street downtown, and Park Street.

I went with the guys to Park Street, and, after distributing tracts to the people on the green, Harry and I preached for a good amount of time. After this first segment of preaching, I was able to talk to a man named David who needs salvation. He claimed to be born again, but when I asked what he was trusting in, he listed everything but Jesus Christ. I was able to open the Bible with him, but after the first verse, he quickly got up and left, but not without at least hearing that it was faith in Jesus Christ that saves.
We headed up to the other end of the green, and I was able to talk with a man named Orlando there. He allowed me to explain the full plan of salvation with him, and he seemed to understand it. He did not allow me to take him to the point of making a decision for Christ, but he received a tract which I pray will help him do so.

We preached again at the other end of the green. Harry was able to talk at length with a man named Damon. He was into Islam a bit, and would not concede that the Bible was the word of God. After much discussion, we had to simply leave him with the admonition to ask God to show him the truth by his own investigation into the scriptures.

The other group on main street were able to talk to a couple people as well. Jay spoke with man named Ahmed who was interested in learning more about the Bible as well as Reformers Unanimous. Mike talked to a woman named Peggy who expressed interest in coming to church. Both of these need prayer for salvation. I was not with the group, so I apologize for not having more info on these two.
After we were done, we got back together and sang a song on Park Street to close out the day. It was a blessing, and we thank the Lord for all of it!
